Instructor view and control
Limit instructors to their own classes and approve the classes they create.
Owners & admins
In Team → Instructor access:
- Instructors see — Only the classes they teach (default): their Home, Events, attendees and check-in only show classes they're assigned to. All classes lets them cover for each other.
- Classes an instructor creates — Go live right away (default) or Wait for approval: their new classes stay drafts, not on sale, until an owner or admin publishes them.
Drafts waiting for approval appear on owners' and admins' Home as Approve · <class>. Open it and click Publish.
Choose who teaches a class in the wizard (Taught by) or later from the pencil next to Taught by on the Events screen.
