Fees, booking fee and optional extras

Booking fee
New accounts start with learners paying the EnrollClass fee as a booking fee at checkout, so you keep the full ticket price. Choose You to show one all-in price and take the fee out of your share.
Get paid now (Protected payments)
Once you've delivered a first class through EnrollClass, a class's held money can be paid out before the class: open the class in Events and click Get paid now. The fee is 2% (at least $0.50), shown before you confirm. If a class paid out early is cancelled or learners cancel, refunds are taken back from your Stripe balance.
Flexible tickets
Turn on Offer flexible tickets and learners see an option at checkout: 8% more for a full refund if they cancel up to 24 hours before the start, whatever your normal policy says. You keep 75% of the upgrade; the upgrade itself isn't refunded, and the cancelled seat goes back on sale.
Find a class
Your upcoming classes are listed at enrollclass.com/classes. Bookings that start there carry a 5% referral fee; bookings from your own website, emails and links never do. Untick List my classes in Find a class to leave it. You can also pay to promote a course there; see Topics and promoting a course.
Other currencies
When a learner pays in a currency you've enabled but not priced, the price is converted at your stored rate and the learner pays a 1.5% conversion fee. Set a price for that currency on the ticket to avoid it.
